FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

HdBe SkinDisorder
A skin condition is a disturbance of the organ skin caused by a source to be specified later on.
Purpose
Information on the skin condition is of importance for determining or continuing the required care. Specific expertise or materials can be facilitated in the event that a patient is transferred. Any underlying medical afflictions causing the skin condition are not described in this concept but are recorded in the problem list.
Evidence Base
For the code list of the TypeOfCondition concept, we purposefully opted for a limited list. The reason for this is that there are many types of skin conditions that are almost always recorded as free text in the current situation. For this purpose, the concept offers the option to choose 'Other' in which the skin condition can be entered in free text. This code list can be expanded when skin conditions are recorded in a more structured way.

HdBeSkinDisorder (SkinDisorder) | Element | Element idSkinDisorderShort description SkinDisorder DefinitionRoot concept of the SkinDisorder information model. This root concept contains all data elements of the SkinDisorder information model. The cardinality or value of this element may be affected by these constraints: ele-1 Constraints

id | 0..1 | string | There are no (further) constraints on this element Element idSkinDisorder.idShort description xml:id (or equivalent in JSON) Definitionunique id for the element within a resource (for internal references). This may be any string value that does not contain spaces.

extension | 0..* | Extension | There are no (further) constraints on this element Element idSkinDisorder.extensionShort description Additional Content defined by implementations Alternate namesextensions, user content DefinitionMay be used to represent additional information that is not part of the basic definition of the element. In order to make the use of extensions safe and manageable, there is a strict set of governance applied to the definition and use of extensions. Though any implementer is allowed to define an extension, there is a set of requirements that SHALL be met as part of the definition of the extension. There can be no stigma associated with the use of extensions by any application, project, or standard - regardless of the institution or jurisdiction that uses or defines the extensions. The use of extensions is what allows the FHIR specification to retain a core level of simplicity for everyone. Unordered, Open, by url(Value) Extensions are always sliced by (at least) url Mappings

TypeOfDisorder | 0..1 | CodeableConceptBinding | Element idSkinDisorder.TypeOfDisorderShort description TypeOfDisorder DefinitionA description of the patient’s type of skin disorder. Not all terminology uses fit this general pattern. In some cases, models should not use CodeableConcept and use Coding directly and provide their own structure for managing text, codings, translations and the relationship between elements and pre- and post-coordination. TypeOfDisorder codes The cardinality or value of this element may be affected by these constraints: ele-1 Constraints

DateOfOnset | 0..1 | dateTime | Element idSkinDisorder.DateOfOnsetShort description DateOfOnset DefinitionThe date on which the skin condition started. A ‘vague’ date, such as only the year, is permitted.

Cause | C | 0..1 | Reference(HdBeProblem) | Element idSkinDisorder.CauseShort description Cause DefinitionThe cause of the problem underlying the skin disorder. References SHALL be a reference to an actual FHIR resource, and SHALL be resolveable (allowing for access control, temporary unavailability, etc). Resolution can be either by retrieval from the URL, or, where applicable by resource type, by treating an absolute reference as a canonical URL and looking it up in a local registry/repository. The cardinality or value of this element may be affected by these constraints: ele-1 Constraints

AnatomicalLocation | C | 0..1 | Reference(HdBeAnatomicalLocation) | Element idSkinDisorder.AnatomicalLocationShort description AnatomicalLocation DefinitionThe location of the skin condition on the body.
