Conformance resources in FHIR have a canonical URL as their unique identifier. The Simplifier resolve URL builder makes it easy to have these URLs also resolve in a regular browser.
All this requires is that on your domain, you run a little script that forwards the requested URL to https://simplifier.net/resolve with the appropriate canonical URL and scope (a package or project to find this resource in) as parameters.
