FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

DigiDot AllergyIntolerance (NO)
Readiness: In development.
Profile base: FHIR R4 AllergyIntolerance (http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/AllergyIntolerance).
Draft DigiDOT profile for recording allergies and intolerances documented locally in dental care, including allergies and intolerances associated with medicinal products, food, latex, metals, biological material and other substances. The causative agent is recorded directly with one mandatory versioned SNOMED CT code. An ATC coding may additionally be preserved when it is part of a medication allergy or intolerance assertion supplied by the source EHR. The shared storage solution does not generate mappings or restrict EHR data-entry lists beyond the broad SNOMED CT validation value set. Structured historical reaction entries and clinical manifestations are outside the scope of this profile. Information retrieved from Kjernejournal is not copied into this profile and remains a separate source. The profile uses the FHIR R4 AllergyIntolerance model and causative-agent terminology aligned with the IPS allergy data set. Its local restrictions do not constitute formal conformance with the IPS or EU Core AllergyIntolerance profiles.
