FQL is a query language that allows you to retrieve, filter and project data from any data source containing FHIR Resources. It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

This is a code specifying the technical format of a document. It should provide sufficient information to allow any potential document consumer to know if it will be able to process the document. The code shall be sufficiently specific to ensure processing/display by identifying a document encoding, structure and template. It will be used in FHIR as a Document Reference resource to characterize the document being referenced.
