It brings the power of three existing languages together: SQL, JSON and FhirPath. It allows you to create tables and is useful for gaining insight and perform quality control.

환자가복용중인의약품(medication)에대한기록임. MedicationStatement[]는환자가현재약을복용중이거나과거에복용했거나혹은앞으로복용할것임을나타낼수있음. 해당정보의소스는환자, 중요한다른사람 (예: 가족또는배우자(Spouse)), 임상의(clinician)가될수있음. 해당정보가캡처되는일반적인시나리오는환자방문(visit) 또는체류(stay) 중기록보관프로세스중에있음. 의약품(medication) 정보는환자의기억, 처방된의약품(medication) 병, 또는환자, 임상의(clinician), 다른당사자(party)가유지하는의약품(medication) 목록에서얻을수있음. MedicationStatement[]와 MedicationAdministration[]의주된차이점은약물투여(MedicationAdministration)가완전한투약정보를가지고있으며의약물투여(medication administration)자의실제투여정보에서기반한다는것임. 항상그렇진않지만, MedicationStatement[]은덜구체적임. 의약품(medication)을투여할때필요한날짜/시간은없음. 우리는소스(source)를통해환자에해당약을복용하고있다고보고했다는것만알고있음 (시간(time), 수량(quantity), 비율(rate) 또는의약품제품(medication product) 등의세부정보가불완전하거나누락되거나혹은덜정확함). 앞에서설명한바와같이, MedicationStatement[] 정보는환자의기억, 처방된병또는환자, 임상의또는다른당사자(party)가보관하는의약품(medication) 목록레서얻을수있음.
