Overview

The Signal Implementation Guide (IG) was written to support implementers of the data entry application to provide an interface for healthcare service providers seeking administration via Signal as a Managed Service Organization (MSO) and the state of Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA).

Background

Healthcare service providers, clinicians and agencies, need to be able to submit their services for reimbursement and administration. The current application is creating a significant barrier to changing rules and standards. This new application is meant to better address the changing requirements and provide service providers ease of submission.
