ReasonMedicationNotGivenCodes
This valueset consists of codes that define the reason why a medication was not administered. It is used on element ReasonNotGiven in the MedicationAdministration resource
For example: A air-shot from an insulin pen. This is the insulin shot released into the air in order to prime the insulin pen. It is nasically a test shot that is recorded in the insulin pen but not actually administered to the patient.
