Accu-Chek SugarView/GreenDot is a mobile application that enables a user to measure and track their blood glucose. A user will take series of images of their blood glucose measurement strip, and the application will calculate the blood glucose measurement using computer vision algorithms. The application will present the results to the user and allow them to track their progress over time. The application also allows the user to set goals and track their history of achieving these goals.

The application communicates with Gigya for user registration and authentication, and with IPP for uploading blood glucose information from the application.

When the app is online it sends the data to IPP backend using:

• AWS S3 Bucket: a native object storage server provided by AWS to storage all picture files.
• FHIR Bundle: a JSON file containing the required information about each measurement. This FHIR bundle is stored in the FHIR Server hosted on IPP.
• Back Up Bucket: S3 Bucket - User Data / application State (*) (measurement information except image)
