Retreiving information from the EHR

When retrieving information from the EHR via VKP, the following FHIR resources are used. The resources are always contained in a Bundle.

• Patient represents information about the patient.
• EpisodeOfCare represents a health care service.
• Careplan represents a schedule of visits to the patient (norwegian: besøksplan).
• Composition represents an action plan (norwegian: tiltaksplan) for the patient.
• Condition represents a diagnose.
• AllergyIntolerance represents an allergy..
• MedicationStatement represents a medication that the patient has taken or will take.
