DetectedIssue
A detected issue informs the health care worker about an event/alert from a device that requires follow-up.
A detected issue is represented using the VKP profile VkpDetectedIssue
Usage of profile attributes
The following table summarizes the fields that are important for use in the VKP APIs when sending information to VKP.

| detail | If a human readable categorization of the severity of the warning is needed (such as color/treffic light codes, e.g. "yellow"), this filed can be used. |

| author | The device or person that sent this alert. |
