Usage

The QuestionnaireResponses resource is used by RAPIDS to persist and return the values from offered questionnaires to the source system.

Specifically we have:

• PHQ9
• GAD7
• Sheeahan

For the PHQ9 codification is LOINC for both question and response. For Sheehan, LOINC is not yet developed so SNOMED is used instead.

Notes

Source systems are not expected to send the Questionnaire. It is not sufficient for source systems to send only the QuestionnaireResponse without sending the calculated scale values as Observations.
