Notes

RAPIDS requires, at minimum (if available) the following observations:

• Patient Age
• Patient Height
• Patient Weight
• Patient Pregnancy Status
• Patient suicide ideation and attempt
• Lithium lab value
• Scale values: PHQ-9, GAD-7, MDQ, and Sheehan preferred

To support the variety of Observation types, we have developed the following observation profiles:

• Observation Lab Results
• Observation Pregnancy Status
• Observation Scale Values
• Observation Suicide Ideation
• Observation Vitals

Units are a required element of Vitals and Metric is preferred. Codification prefered is LOINC or SNOWMED.
