Usage
The Observation Scale Value resource is intended to capture patient responses to questionnaires (e.g., PHQ-9) either calculated by the source system or entered by a user of that system. All responses may be sent but the calculated value MUST be sent.
Notes
Codification is enforced. LOINC codes are prefered but where a LOINC code is not available (e.g., Sheehan Disability Scale) SNOMED CT will be accepted. The following specific codes are provided for reference:

- effectiveDateTime
- value
- subject
Other fields may be sent but may be ignored by RAPIDS.
