Extensions

The BolusCalculator extension records the type and value used to calculate a bolus dose in MedicationAdministration, providing context for automated or manual dosing decisions.

This CalibrationStatus extension is used to capture the Calibration status of the CGM Device.

The CGM value in the observation resource will be considered when extension CalibrationStatus = calibrated if the extension: CalibrationStatus = uncalibrated then it will be not considered as a valid entry.

This CGMFlags extension is used to capture the CGM flag values associated to the CGM Data.

This DeviceSettings extension is used to capture the device settings for devices. The device settings extension consist of three blocks: timings; valueCodeableConcept; & Value; which is flexible enough to accomodate all device settings.

The SampledDataTimestamps extension provides explicit timestamps for each individual measurement recorded in the SampledData.data field.
