This guide is intended for business and technical implementers of information systems submitting clinical reports to OCRE by Hospitals and Integrated Community Health Services Centres (ICHSC) and point of service systems receiving clinical reports from OH Pub/Sub Service.
Readers of the technical content should have an understanding of the fundamentals of HL7 FHIR, RESTful and Document paradigms, and of the business and technical requirements for submitting and receiving OCRE reports.
