Trial Estimator (CATS)
Executive summary
This Clinical Decision Support service, provided by the MOLIT institut allows to suggest clinical trials within a personalized medicine setting. As input the service requires a FHIR Bundle of patient data, containing e.g. genetic mutations and biomarker data. Returned is a list of possible trials. The datasources for this serivce is the CATS open access commmunity platform.
