4.3. Profiles

This page lists all of the Profiles used in this Implementation Guide (IG).

Notes to IG Authors:

  • This page can provide high-level Resource modelling or relationship between profiles.
  • Each row in the table should include a link to the profile (using {{pagelink:...}) and a short description of its purpose. Keep descriptions concise but informative (1–2 sentences). And a Source column indicating which project the profile comes from. This column identifies the originating project (e.g., EHR, DHDR, etc.). If the profile is created in this IG, the Source MUST be the name of this IG. If the profile is reused or leveraged from another project, specify that project name (e.g., 'EHR').
  • For Profile listing, sort the table by Profile names (A-Z).
  • If there are different groupings or use-cases of profiles, consider creating the sub-tables grouped by domain/use-case.
