This section tracks changes made across releases of this Implementation Guide (IG).
Note to Authors:
Use the specific IG version including the label (if applicable) to accurately identify the version of the IG where the changes apply (0.1.0,1.0.0, etc.).
Order: Newest entry at the top.
For each release, include date, description of changes, and the editor/author.
Keep descriptions concise but provide enough context for implementers to understand the impact.
For long or detailed changes, use<br>line breaks to improve readability in table cells.
