Temporary SNOMED codes added where required - format is 999999999 followed by data item identifier and hierarchial order e.g. in ADS 75 the first temporary SNOMED code would be '9999999997501'. The FHIR spec doesn't document SNOMED concepts, so no change to the FHIR spec.
ADS57 Introduced a new Extension to hold gender identity (http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/patient-genderIdentity). This references the HL7 Extension rather than re-create it for this Guide. The bound ValueSet has been changed to the one used by the NHS Data Dictionary & Ambulance DataSet. The bound valueSet is https://fhir.nhs.uk/ValueSet/Ambulance-GenderIdentity, referencing the CodeSystem https://fhir.nhs.uk/CodeSystem/Ambulance-GenderIdentity. Conformance notes on Profile UKCore-Patient updated. Example updated.
ADS-58 Change values for Ethnic Category. The values in the Ambulance Data Set match those used in the UKCore to represent ethnicity in England https://fhir.hl7.org.uk/CodeSystem/UKCore-EthnicCategoryEngland. In the guidance on UKCore Patient Profile UKCore-Patient and the example, the CodeSystem https://fhir.hl7.org.uk/CodeSystem/UKCore-EthnicCategory has been changed to https://fhir.hl7.org.uk/CodeSystem/UKCore-EthnicCategoryEngland. Example updated.
ADS64 Amended values of Pregnancy Status in line with version 1.6. Note that value "03" has changed meaning from "Not asked/collected" to "Possible pregnancy".
ADS73 ADS73 (Comorbidity) removed from the specification
ADS74 & ADS79A - typo addressed in there being two CHIEF 2323 codes - corrected in default sort levels. As the FHIR spec doesn't detail SNOMED codes, no change to this FHIR spec.
ADS77 update to description in Mapping Table Data Mapping. There is no further change, as the FHIR spec doesn't document SNOMED concepts
ADS79B & ADS79C – column "F" title corrected to cover MTS Telephone Triage mapping (where used). Example updated with codes from the spreadsheet. Note that the SNOMED codes used are not mapped to a FHIR CodeSystem
ADS80 – data item list revised down to the NEWS2 score to support data flow. Deleted all the supporting scores from the example, and amended the mapping table text, as just the overall NEWS2 score is needed
ADS81 – data rows relating to oxygen and air recordings removed as no longer required. No change to specification (as these extra data items never added to spec)
