Usage

The Entity Identifier and Name extension is used in the Bundle to capture the submission metadata such as submitting site ID, EMR vendor name, EMR product name, etc. The .entityType attribute identifies the submission metadata and as appropriate, either the .entityIdentifier or .entityName is valued.
