Issue	Proposal
The current binding of element `ServiceRequest.category` is to servicerequest-category (example). This ValueSet is limited to 5 SNOMED CT concepts. There is a Genomics use case to record, if the `ServiceRequest.category` is Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS)/non-WGS Rare Disease/Cancer.	Create a UK Core ValueSet, with base filtering, and filtering to WGS/non-WGS concepts provided by Genomics Bind ValueSet to element `ServiceRequest.category` (preferred) inline with Design and Development Approach
