Issue	Proposal
The draft UKCore-Observation profile, has two open slices on element `Observation.code` snomedCT, bound to ValueSet-UKCore-ObservationType (preferred) loinc, bound to observation-codes (example) The origins of these slices are from the FHIR STU3 CareConnect Specimen profile, and the now retired Extension-UKCore-CodingSCTDescId.	Investigate further if the slices can be removed, without impacting validation or derived profiles Remove slices Bind `Observation.code` to ValueSet-UKCore-ObservationType (preferred)
