Images and Reports
Images (if any) associated with an exam is provided by Philips Intellisense, and to retrieve the link to the Philips Intellisense client requires a non-FHIR call to the API server. The URL to retrieve the link is specified in Media.content.url. There are two types of Media link available:

Report (if any) associated with an exam is provided as PDF and to retrieve it requires a non-FHIR call to the API server. The URL to retrieve the PDF is specified in DiagnosticReport.presentedForm.url.
