FHIR-Profile: Observation
Use
Each bundle starts with a data entry structured according to the FHIR® resource condition, which features information on the data subject. This observation contains information about a weekly survey that the customer answers about it's general pain feeling with an analog visual scale that goes from 0 to 10.
