FHIR-Profile: Observation
Use
Each bundle starts with a data entry structured according to the FHIR® resource condition, which features information on the data subject. This observation contains information about a the pain score the customers inform's into the medicalmotion app regarding a particular body part. The information is coded in an analog visual scale.
