2.4.1. Data Contribution Business Rules

Req ID Requirement Description
IR-BR-007 The solution supporting the EHR-IR shall uniquely identify (business key) every IR administrated immunization record based on a combination of the following mandatory data elements:
  • Source Submitter ID
  • Immunization Record ID

A record shall be treated as a duplicate and rejected if all business key fields listed above match an existing record in the IR.
IR-BR-011 Validation of display name for Panorama shall account for shortened French/English display names (tailored to Panorama's field length limitation).
