This specification is developed to be used by OCINet to support the data migration and ongoing contribution to miCDR, and also for the provincial viewers and other point of service systems and other point of service systems to support query of miCDR data for display purpose.

Readers are expected to understand the core FHIR Release 4 (R4 standard and specific resources used to support the workflows in this implementation guide.
