Profiles and Extensions

There are no specification-defined profiles, extensions and any terminologies released in this version.

An early draft of a subset of profiles for CA Core+ may be found at: https://simplifier.net/ca-core. The intent is for the CapabilityStatement(s) in this specification to eventually target stabilized CA Core+ profiles that are expressions of models in the pan-Canadian Health Data Content Framework (pCHDCF).

Authors can leverage guidelines on the expectations for interactions with generic FHIR Resources in more detail under the Capability Statements.
