  • Appointment Bundle - Booked (A14) - This Appointment bundle sample instance is to notify that an appointment is booked. It includes all supported FHIR profiles by this resource.

  • Communication Bundle - Request for Information (Request) (C1) - This Communication bundle sample instance is for the CAT to request for information from Referring Provider. It includes all supported FHIR profiles by this resource.

  • Communication Bundle - Request for Information (Response) (C2a) - This Communication bundle sample instance is a response from Referring Provider for request for information from the CAT. It includes all supported FHIR profiles by this resource.
