Introduction

Objectives

The Welsh Value in Health Centre has three objectives, these can be done in any order:

Objective 1

Create a form that emulates one of those used by Welsh Value in Health Centre (WVIH), e.g Your General Health EQ5D 5L, that enables structured data to be submitted to a FHIR server. To view an example form goto

Objective 2

Enable structured data to be captured through submission of multiple forms to the FHIR test server.

Objective 3

• Given I am a Clinician ,
• When I perform a Post Operative Outcomes Assessment ,
• Then I can see the scores from multiple questionnaires collected from my patient over 7 PROMS collection points (Referral, Pre-Op, PostOp, Post-Op Follow Up etc)
