NZ BDR Data Sources

NZ BDR primarialy sources it's data directly from fron the surgeons performing the Procedures. Other sources augment this to enable streamlined sata input and consistency. It is integrated with Nhi and HPI and Workforce, coded against Snomed CT and device definitions are provided my their manufacturer or distributor and labels are read with computer vision.

A patient can review their record in MedicAlert's Member Portal and their specialist can review and update it through the New Zealand Breast Device Registry.

All information is tagged with the person it's entered by.

Patient (Direct from Patient/Nhi)
