Profiles

The following profiles define the constrained FHIR R4 resources used in this implementation guide.

These profiles are derived from base FHIR resources and tailored to support consistent, interoperable EMR-to-EMR data exchange within the MERT workflow. Each profile specifies structural requirements, Must Support elements, and terminology expectations necessary for meaningful data transfer between systems.
