Introduction

The aim of this document is to describe the format for the interoperable exchange of machine-readable data generated by the Digital Health Application edupression.com® and how it is used.

Scope and Disclaimer

To facilitate interoperability within healthcare systems, edupression.com® allows patients to export their data in a machine-readable, open and internationally recognized format.

For this purpose, the openly published FHIR® (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) specification version 4.0.1: R4 from HL7® (Health Level Seven) is used. The export follows the FHIR® 4.0.1: R4 specification without any further profiling or extensions and generates a valid output in JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) format. This document is not a general implementation guide for HL7 FHIR. The implementation guide is limited to the functions and data presented here.

Data Export

The data is provided to the user in the form of a single JSON file. For this purpose the FHIR® Bundle resource is used to contain the followign FHIR® resources:
