Finnish PHR Spirometry Study Profile
Finnish PHR profile for Diagnostic Report to be used to collect all Finnish PHR sprirometry results into a one resource. Read more about FHIR® Diagnostic Report.

At least one globally unique identifier has to be provided for the medication administration, in addition other identifiers may be given as well. This identifier may be used to uniquely identify the medication administration if the application doesn't receive an id for the medication administration provided by Kanta PHR. |
Status | status | The status of the medication administration. Only completed medication administrations are stored in Kanta PHR, thus the status SHALL always be 'completed' from the FHIR Diagnostic Report Status ValueSet. Read more about the FHIR Diagnostic Report Status ValueSet. |

Code of the report | code | Code describing that this is a spirometry study report. The code SHOULD be from LOINC Diagnostic Report Codes ValueSet Read more about the LOINC Diagnostic Report Codes ValueSet |
Who the report is for | subject | Identifies the patient whose intended care is described by the plan. The reference SHALL be to a Patient resource stored in Kanta PHR that conforms to the Finnish PHR Patient profile. Read more about the Finnish PHR Patient profile. |
