FHIR Profile

SurgeryRelated complications are complications that are identified during the perioperative period, which encompasses the time before, during, and immediately after the surgical procedure. These also indications for revision/explantation of a breast implant.

The FHIR definition for a complication during or after breast implant surgery is listed below and can be seen in Simplifier: SurgeryRelatedComplication.

This profile is based on the Condition base profile for FHIR version R4, see also Condition.
