Observation - Vital Signs

CA Core+ Vital Sign (observations) profiles are not necessary at this time as the CA Core+ requirements match the base FHIR R4 profiles. Most Vital Sign Observations can be found in the list of FHIR R4 Observations Profiles; Vital Signs Observations not in the list can leverage the FHIR R4 Observation-VitalSign Profile with the appropriate LOINC code.
