no-basis-AllergyIntolerance is the basic profile for communicating Allergy intoleeance identifed for a patient. Defined by The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth and HL7 Norway. Used to describe risk of harmful or undesirable, physiological response which is unique to an individual and associated with exposure to a substance. The profile has the following changes from AllergyIntolerance:

  • There are restrictions to use verificationStatus since KI is using Certainty that has similar use
  • Reference to patient is changes. no-basis-patient should be used.
  • Substance is required and should include one of: ATC, FestSubstance, FestMedication manifestation is changed to use codingsystem 7497 the profile is extended with certanity and sourceOfInformation to support national KI standard

The resource has been changed to support norwegian FEST. The following changes are done:

  • it is required to use a code identifying the medication in FEST. Special use when medication not present in FEST.
  • ATC is a prefered code and should allways be identied if medication is present in FEST.
  • form is required and will follow norwegian codingsystem
  • the profile is extended with no-basis-Prescriptiongroup

A MedicationStatement may indicate that the patient may be taking the medication now, or has taken the medication in the past or will be taking the medication in the future. The source of this information can be the patient, significant other (such as a family member or spouse), or a clinician. A common scenario where this information is captured is during the history taking process during a patient visit or stay. The medication information may come from sources such as the patient's memory, from a prescription bottle, or from a list of medications the patient, clinician or other party maintains

no-basis-Medication statement is the basic profile for communicating what the patient is using, has been using og plan to use. To be used in PLL and similar resources that communicate information about medication use. Defined by The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth and HL7 Norway. The profile has the following changes from MedicationStatement:

  • PLL-id is added as an identifier
  • reference to no-basis-medication is added and should be used as prefered reference.
  • reference to no-basis-patient is added (subject) and should be used as prefered reference.
  • ICPC2 and ICD10 is added as prefered reasonCode.
