Report an incident

If you are using BaRS in a live environment, then follow the guidance below if you experience a service issue.

  1. Follow your existing support processes with your system supplier
  2. If investigations indicate a BaRS Proxy or third-party supplier issue then raise an incident with the National Services Desk.
