Change documentation

The diagnostic report of category changedocumentation represents a report based on multiple documentation items and always have one Observation resource of profile Observation-ChangeDocGeneric-1 with the category ChangeDoc-1. It focuses either a:

• wound

  • wound focused diagnostic reports have 0..n Observation resources of profile Observation-ChangeDocByTime-1 with the code.coding.code WoundDocItem-1 which describes the changes of the wound at the given point in time. It can also reference an Media-WoundDocumentationImage-1 of the wound via related.target.reference. The Observation-ChangeDocGeneric-1 part descibes the wound itself.

• drain

  • drain focused diagnostic reports have 0..n Observation resources of profile Observation-ChangeDocByTime-1 with the code.coding.code DrainDocItem-1 which describes the changes of the drain at the given point in time. It can also reference an Media-WoundDocumentationImage-1 of the drain via related.target.reference. The Observation-ChangeDocGeneric-1 part descibes the drain itself.

• line

  • line focused diagnostic reports have 0..n Observation resources of profile Observation-ChangeDocByTime-1 with the code.coding.code LineDocItem-1 which describes the changes of the line at the given point in time. It can also reference an Media-WoundDocumentationImage-1 of the line via related.target.reference. The Observation-ChangeDocGeneric-1 part descibes the line itself.
