Canonical urls

FHIR uses so called canonical-uri/urls to identify e.g. namespaces used in identifiers, profiles, extensions or instances like valuesets and operation-definitions. The current canonical urls for medico - starting with http://medico-emr.net - are not resolvable as the is no server available to host it under that address.
