Das PractitionerDirectory
-Profil beschreibt Leistungserbringer, welche direkt oder indirekt an der Erbringung von Gesundheitsdienstleistungen beteiligt sind. Zu ihrer Beschreibung gehören Informationen zur Identität, Qualifikation und spezifischer Rolle oder Funktion innerhalb des Gesundheitssystems, wie etwa Ärzte oder Apotheker.
Ein wesentliches Merkmal dieser Ressource ist die Telematik-ID. Diese muss in der Ressource vorhanden sein, damit der Medication Service einen Deduplizierungsmechanismus durchführen kann. Die Telematik-ID ermöglicht eine eindeutige Identifizierung und Vermeidung von Duplikaten innerhalb des Systems, was zur Effizienz und Genauigkeit der Gesundheitsdienstleistungen beiträgt. Der Medication Service verwendet dazu das FHIR-Profil des FHIR-Verzeichnisdienstes.
