The following table explains in more details each consent and the meaning of the response.

SendLabResultSubCont	By default, the actor doing the pre-analyitical has the responsibility to send the result to the DSP. We understand that in some occasions, this is not possible for organizational reasons, so the information whether to send or not is transmitted to the subcontractor. It is the responsibility of the pre-analytical actor to gather the needed evidence for this consent.	The pre-analytical actor asked the patient who agreed, and the subcontractor SHALL send the document to the DSP	The pre-analytical actor asked the patient who refused, and the subcontractor SHALL NOT send the document to the DSP	Default rule apply: The subcontractor SHALL NOT send the document to the DSP, it is the responsibility of the pre-analyrical actor to manage the sending or not
