The links to the Structured Data Capture (SDC) Implementation Guide currently point to the latest continuous build version. These will be updated to reference the official release of SDC version 4.0 once it is published (expected by mid-August 2025).

Terminology – Mime Types ValueSet

There is a known issue with the Mime Types ValueSet where the associated CodeSystem does not include the complete list of expected MIME type codes. This is currently under investigation and will be addressed in the next release.
