FHIR Implementation Guide Focus Areas for Feedback

Implementers are encouraged to provide broad feedback as well as to review the profile pages as well as Technical Context pages for areas that this specification is specifically targeting feedback on.

How to submit your feedback

If you have feedback on the CA Core+ v1.2.0 DFT-Ballot, you can now submit your feedback as defined below;

  • All Collaborators are invited to document their comments using the CA Core+ v1.2.0 DFT-Ballot spreadsheet, available here.
  • Send an email to specifications@infoway-inforoute.ca, with Subject Line "CA Core+", including the CA Core+ v1.2.0 DFT-Ballot spreadsheet as an attachment.
  • We kindly ask that each organization submit all comments within one spreadsheet submission.
  • Upon submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email with a reference number. Feedback will be triaged by the Infoway Lead to support the CA Core+ Working Group with decisioning/voting blocks.

The timeline for ballot submissions is April 1 - May 1, 2026
