Basic
Introduction
The Basic resource is used for handling concepts not defined in FHIR. In the Swedish National Medication List there are three profiles based on Basic:
- Data Lock (NLLDataLock) is used by a patient or a practitioner to prevent access to information. There are two different types of data locks in the National Medication List: confidentiality and integrity. The purpose of data locks is to hide information that is in the National Medication List. How the information is hidden or displayed depends on the role, purpose and access type. Data locks can be created for:
- Prescriptions and associated withdrawals: This means that all prescriptionsand withdrawals in a prescription chain are locked.
- Paper prescriptions: All withdrawals of paper prescriptions are locked.
- Reason for treatment: A data lock on the reason for treatment applies to an entire prescriptionchain and all its treatment reasons.
- Medication List Info (NLLMedicationListInfo) provides aggregated information about a patient's National Medication List.
- Multi Dose Dispensing Basis (NLLMultiDoseDispensingBasis) contains information used as basis for decisions in connection with the production of multi dose dispense bags.
