Revinclude:iterate	New capability to include the Provenance of a MedicationDispense when retrieving a prescription, enabling clients to access the dispense’s Provenance as an included resource.
getLatestDispense	New capability for the named query latest-dispense which returns the most recent MedicationDispense for each retrieved prescription. See NLLGetLatesteDispense for details.
FHIR-package	A new documentation page describing the available FHIR Package has been added. See FHIR Packages for details. The package has been updated for version 21.17.
