Update Patient's Location
The patient’s current location in the hospital is a key piece of information for social care teams, it efficiency efficient allocation of cases in close proximity same worker(s). In addition the hospital/ward can change subsequent to referral to social care, and unless worker are aware of the current location they can waste hours tracking down patients.
