CorHealth Registry Data
Data for the following procedures get collected for patients who are ≥18 years of age who receive cardiac services in Ontario:
- Catheter Based Diagnostic Procedures
- Catheter Based Interventional Procedures
- Electrophysiology Procedures
- Open Heart Surgery Procedures
Types of Data | Definition |

Patient Demographics | Details relating to the identification of an individual patient. |
Service Information | Details relating to the service associated with the entry. |
Entry Information | Details relating to metrics and identifiers associated with the entry. |
Referral Information | Details relating to referral information associated with the entry. |
Diagnostic Information | Details relating to the patient and/or patient history associated with the referred service. |
Acceptance Information | Details relating to the acceptance of the service to proceed to procedure. |
Offlisting and Procedural Information | Details relating to the removal of the entry from the waitlist and, if applicable, the procedure(s performed. |
Based on the data above, the CorHealth solution calculates and stores a number of wait time metrics.

To support the use of structured data through the adoption of data content and health terminology standards in the solution, this CDM also includes high-level entity relationships and attributes discovered in versions of the FHIR R4.0.1 interoperability standard. The model does not repeat the structure of the messages laid out in FHIR. Links to FHIR specs are included for entity definitions and field code values. In any difference of meaning between cited FHIR elements and this model, FHIR is the authoritative voice. This model relies on the following specifications:
