Hinweise für die Implementierung
Bei der Entwicklung von Anwendungen für den Operationsbericht ist darauf zu achten, dass eine eindeutige Zuordnung der Seitigkeit nur möglich ist, wenn je Implantat eine eigene Instanz angelegt wird.
Bei Nutzung der Freitextbeschreibung eines Implantats kann diese Eindeutigkeit naturgemäß nicht sichergestellt werden. Sie sollte aber durch eine entsprechende Dialoggestaltung gefördert werden.
