FHIR-Profile: Patient

Description

This profile holds information from the insured person receiving healthcare services. The data stored in the profile stores "who" the information about the patient, and its attributes are focused on the demographic information necessary to support the administrative, logistic and financial procedures.

Selfapy's implementation coves data such as administrative gender, patient's date of birth, address for billing or reporting purposes, the language we can communicate with the patient on, primary ways of contact (phone or email) and more administrative attributes.
